1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from our facility at 24151 Mirror Dr Unit 15, Chugiak, AK 99567, United States.
If a carrier cannot service your specific location, we will contact you within 1 business day to discuss alternative options or process a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
- Order cut-off: 6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday
- Processing time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST, on weekends, or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day
- We will notify you by email if additional time is needed.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Standard Items (parcels):
- Transit time: 3–6 business days after shipment
- Total delivery time: 4–9 business days from order placement (processing + transit)
4. Shipping Costs (Transparent Pricing)
All shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment:
- Orders $79.99+: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $79.99: $8.00 flat rate shipping fee
5. Estimated Delivery Time
All Products (Standard and Furniture Items):
- Processing time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- Transit time: 3–6 business days after shipment
- Total delivery time: 4–9 business days from order placement
What to expect:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment
- For large furniture items, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, begin processing the same business day when possible
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST, on weekends, or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day
Potential Delays:
- Remote or rural areas (including parts of Alaska and Hawaii) may experience an additional 1–3 business days
- Weather conditions or carrier disruptions may cause delays beyond our control
- We will notify you immediately if any delays occur and provide updated tracking information
6. Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment
- Track your order using the provided tracking number
- Orders shipping in multiple packages will have separate tracking numbers for each package
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately at info@furnishlath.com or +1 906-932-2204. We can modify or cancel your order at no charge.
- After shipment: Address changes are not possible once the carrier has the package. Cancellations may incur return shipping fees.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 2 hours of order placement for the best chance of making changes.
8. Delivery Issues
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and item
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping
Missing Items or Lost Packages:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
- We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
