Order Cancellation & Changes Policy

This policy explains how to request an order cancellation or changes (such as address updates) after placing an order on FurnishLath.

1. How to request a cancellation or change

Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • The change you need (cancel / address update / item change)
  • Your preferred contact email or phone number

2. Time window

We process most in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. For the best chance of making changes, contact us immediately after you place your order.

3. Before shipment

If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to:

  • Cancel the order, or
  • Update the shipping address, or
  • Adjust items/quantities (if possible)

If we confirm a cancellation, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

4. After shipment

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it. In that case:

  • You can follow delivery tracking updates, and
  • You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy (eligibility and shipping fees may apply)

5. Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an address provided by the customer and the carrier cannot deliver it, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. If it is returned to us, we can discuss available options (such as reshipment or refund) based on the situation and any carrier charges.

6. Out-of-stock or fulfillment issues

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place an order. If that happens, we will contact you and offer:

  • A replacement option (if available), or
  • A full refund
