Shipping Policy

FurnishLath ships orders within the United States. This page explains our processing time, estimated transit time, shipping fees, and delivery notes for oversized items and remote areas.
1. Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Our business address is:

2. Shipping destinations (United States)
We currently ship to U.S. addresses. If a carrier cannot service a specific location (for example, certain remote routes), we may contact you to confirm options or cancel and refund the order.
3. Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CST), Monday–Friday begin processing the same business day when possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.
4. Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
Some items (especially large furniture, made-to-order, or items shipping in multiple cartons) may require additional handling time. If extra time is needed, we will email you.
5. Estimated transit time (after shipment)
Delivery time depends on the item type and the destination:

Standard parcels: typically 4–10 business days after shipment

Oversized / large furniture (freight or special handling): delivery timing varies by destination and carrier scheduling. For these orders, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date. In many cases, the carrier may contact you to arrange an appointment.
Remote areas / weather delays / carrier disruptions: Transit time may be longer. We will provide tracking updates when available.
6. Shipping fees (transparent pricing)
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders $299 and above: Free shipping

Orders under $299: Flat shipping fee of $30
7. Taxes and “no hidden fees”
Product prices on FurnishLath include applicable taxes. If any shipping fee applies, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not add hidden fees at payment.
8. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Some orders may ship in multiple packages, and tracking may update separately for each package.
9. Address changes and cancellations
To request an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address or cancel the shipment.
10. Damaged packages or missing items
If your order arrives with visible damage, please take clear photos of the box and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
