Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping at FurnishLath. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how to start a return, and how refunds are issued.

1. Return window (30 days)

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

2. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received

  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and included parts (when applicable)

3. No restocking fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Return shipping fees

  • Non-defective returns (for example, changed mind / ordered by mistake): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Damaged, defective, missing parts, or wrong item: we will work with you to resolve the issue and, when confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide an appropriate remedy (replacement parts, replacement item, or refund).

Large furniture / freight returns: If an item was delivered by freight or requires special handling, return shipping costs can be significant. We will provide options and any applicable return freight cost estimate before you confirm the return.

5. How to start a return

Email us at info@furnishlath.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damage/defect/incorrect items)

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be accepted.

6. Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The outer packaging (if available)

  • The damaged area

  • The shipping label (if visible)

We will review and offer a resolution (replacement parts, replacement item, or refund) based on the situation.

7. Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error (damage/defect/wrong item).

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).

9. Non-returnable items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or are missing original packaging/parts
