These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://furnishlath.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from FurnishLath (“FurnishLath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account responsibility

3. Products, content accuracy & availability

We strive to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, and colors as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary by screen/device

  • Measurements may have minor tolerances

  • Some items may ship in multiple cartons or require special handling

We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products at any time.

4. Pricing, taxes & checkout transparency

  • All prices are shown on the Site in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Product prices include applicable taxes as presented on the Site.
  • If a shipping fee applies, it will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add hidden fees at payment.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

5. Orders, acceptance & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, inventory limits, or shipping limitations).

Payment is processed through secure checkout technology via our payment processing partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping timelines, fees, and delivery notes (including large furniture and remote areas) are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you as provided by applicable law and carrier terms; please review shipments promptly and contact us if an issue arises.

7. Returns & refunds

8. Cancellations & order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with security features
  • scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Site’s content for unauthorized commercial use
  • use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • upload malware or harmful code

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurnishLath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold FurnishLath harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site, products, or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

16. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, disputes will be handled in the courts located in Alaska unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and FurnishLath regarding use of the Site and purchases.
